Earlier in the year I brought you news about upcoming releases from Arrow Video and Arrowdrome. Now, thanks to our exclusive feed with Cult Labs, I can bring you more specific details on three of the releases. Those releases are Red Scorpion, Penitentiary and The Cat O'Nine Tails.
